Feeling Dizzy or Off-Balance?
You’re not alone—and there’s help.
Many people experience vertigo, dizziness, or balance issues at some point in their lives. These symptoms can feel confusing and disruptive, but they’re often linked to treatable problems with the inner ear, nervous system, or even neck tension.
Why Am I Dizzy?
Common Causes of Vertigo, Dizziness & Balance Problems
Feeling dizzy, off-balance, or like the room is spinning can be confusing—and even scary. These symptoms can come out of nowhere or build slowly over time. The truth is, vertigo and balance issues can be caused by many things, including:
Inner ear problems – Your inner ear helps you keep your balance. When something disrupts it—like a viral illness, pressure changes, or fluid buildup—you may feel dizzy or unsteady.
Neck tension or poor posture – Stiffness or dysfunction in your neck can interfere with how your body senses movement and position.
Head injuries or concussions – Even a mild concussion can affect your balance, vision, or how your body feels in space.
Migraines and neurological conditions – Some people experience dizziness as part of a migraine, or due to conditions that affect the brain or nervous system.
Stress, anxiety, and medication side effects – Your body’s balance system is sensitive, and even things like emotional stress, medications, or chronic health conditions (like heart issues or autoimmune diseases) can throw it off.
Whether your dizziness started after being sick, following a fall or injury, or just gradually showed up, you’re not imagining it—and you don’t have to live with it.
